Hello, I'm Ellie Yi, a National Board Certified Acupuncturist, Oriental Medicine Herbalist, and Licensed Massage Therapist.
I graduated from Integrated Massage Therapy College in 2017 and have been a licensed massage therapist for 7 years. I earned a Master's degree of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Texas Health and Science University in April 2023, becoming a National Board-certified Acupuncturist by NCCAOM in August 2023. With a deep commitment to holistic healing, I blend the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with modern practices to help my clients achieve balance and wellness.
As an acupuncturist, I specialize in using fine needles to stimulate specific points on the body, promoting the flow of Qi (energy) to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and restore harmony within the body. My main focus areas are anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, menopause syndrome, insomnia, post-stroke rehab, and pain management (neck, shoulder, back, joint pain, headache, migraine, fibromyalgia).
In my practice as an Oriental medicine herbalist, I harness the power of natural herbs to create personalized formulas that support the body's innate healing abilities. These herbal supplements are designed to address a wide range of health concerns and promote overall well-being.
As a massage therapist, I offer a variety of techniques, including deep tissue massage, Ashiatsu, trigger point therapy, sport massage, and cupping therapy, to help release tension, improve circulation, and enhance relaxation or performance.
I believe in treating each individual holistically, addressing not just the symptoms but also the root causes of health issues. My goal is to empower my clients to take control of their health and embrace a lifestyle that nurtures their body, mind, and spirit.

- Ashi-Thai is an expression of traditional Thai stretches that have been modified utilizing the overhead bar system and therapists’ body so no heavy lifting or bending occurs at the waist. Ashi-Thai can easily be incorporated into a regular Ashiatsu session or can also be considered as a stand-alone treatment.

This massage is beneficial for anyone that works hard, athletes and those who sit for long periods of time. Overworked muscles benefit from deep tissue therapy.
